Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga is an active yoga flow that links together breath with movement. It is great for a morning or early afternoon practice, as it serves to warm up the body and energize both body and soul for the day ahead. These classes are primarily geared for beginner/intermediate yogis; more advanced yogis may choose to adapt the practice to make it their own.

Restorative Yoga is a gentle, slow yoga practice that serves to cool the body down and restore both body and soul after a long day's work. It is best suited for an evening or bedtime practice. Poses are generally held for an extended period of time, and may make use of a variety of yoga "props" (such as pillows, blankets, etc.) to make the practice more restful. Appropriate for all levels.
