​Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga is an active yoga flow that links together breath with movement. It is great for a morning or early afternoon practice, as it serves to warm up the body and energize both body and soul for the day ahead. These classes are primarily geared for beginner/intermediate yogis; more advanced yogis may choose to adapt the practice to make it their own.
