Join Sacred SoulScapes, Yoga Chapel, and Abide in the Spirit for a meditative yoga retreat inviting us into reflection on what is done and what lies ahead.

An Examen is a prayerful reflection on a day, season, or time in life. In this yearly examen, we will look back at the past year, focusing both on God's presence and our response and formation. Then we will look forward to the year ahead.

Why embodied? Because we spend so much time in our heads. This allows us to move from head to heart, as we move our bodies and have times of reflection.
