Directions:
Unless otherwise noted, all classes take place at Trinity United Methodist Church

Park in main church parking lot and enter through double glass doors. If you are entering during normal office hours, please press the call button for entry.

Room 405/Yoga Room:
After entering the building, turn left at first set of doors and proceed up the steps to the fourth floor. At the top of the stairs, follow the hallway around the corner to the left. Room 405 will be on the right; restrooms are on the left. You may hang coats and/or personal belongings on hooks outside the room, or place in cubbies inside the room.

Fellowship Hall:
After entering the building, turn left at first set of doors and proceed down one flight of stairs to the basement/Fellowship Hall. Personal belongings may be placed on the chairs on the left-hand side of the room as you enter.

Chair Yoga
Mondays at 9:15 am
Room 405/Yoga Room

Our most popular class! Geared for seniors, those with mobility challenges, and people looking for a more gentle practice, these classes engage in head-to-toe range-of-motion exercises to keep aging joints moving freely, as well as modified classic yoga postures to build strength and balance for the living of a healthy life. Poses are done seated in a chair or standing while using a chair as-needed for support.

Restorative Yoga
Tuesdays at 7:00 pm
Room 405/Yoga Room

A quiet, meditative evening practice intended to calm the body, mind, and soul and prepare for a restful night's sleep. Most poses are done from the floor, either seated, kneeling, or reclined, and are held for an extended period of time. These classes make liberal use of props for support and comfort.

Yoga Fusion
Wednesdays at 6:15 am*
Fellowship Hall

Our most active and playful class, yoga fusion pulls out all the stops as we blend yoga together with pilates, weight and resistance training, stability training, and cardio-rich interval/circuit training for a fantastic early morning full-body workout.
* Please watch our calendar closely, as this class is offered in 6-8 week blocks periodically throughout the year.

Lenten Yoga, Worship, & Prayer
Mondays at Noon, March 10 - April 14
Room 405/Yoga Room

A six-week journey of embodiment as we weave the stories of Jesus together with an active yet gentle classic hatha/vinyasa yoga flow. A beautiful blend of mindful movement and spiritual engagement to nurture both body and soul in the weeks leading up to Easter.

Summer Yoga in the Park
June - August
Time and location TBD

A beautiful way to greet the morning before the hot summer sun hits! These active outdoor hatha/vinyasa classes are appropriate for all levels, and often weave together fun thematic elements for a casual, playful summertime experience. Children as well as adults are welcome.
