Chair Yoga Video Archives

​Chair Yoga is a gentle yoga practice that is primarily done seated in a chair, or standing with a chair used for support. It emphasizes range of motion, core strength, and balance.
Recommended props include a strap (or necktie, belt, or scarf), a block (or sturdy water bottle or several stacked books), and a ball (tennis ball or golf ball size is ideal). All participants will need a sturdy chair - ideally, one without armrests.
