Evening Yoga Walk: Bullfrog Valley Park

This month we are trying  something new: An mid-week evening yoga walk! Sticking close to home, we  will venture out into the Hershey/Hummelstown area, to the lovely  Bullfrog Valley Park, for a peaceful and serene "yoga walk" along a  paved woodsy path. For those who would like to try yoga hiking but  prefer a more gentle "hiking" experience, this is the trail for you!

Total distance: Roughly 3 miles, easy. Please dress for  the weather, and carry water, a snack, and - if desired - a flashlight.  Yoga mats are optional. We will meet in the parking lot next to the Bullfrog Valley Pond.

While we never turn anybody away due to finances, we ask  that you consider giving a suggested $15 donation, which will help us  cover our costs.
