About the event
Are you looking for more active intensity in your workout routine, or looking for ways to safely integrate into your everyday life principles of alignment and posture, back and spine health, and core strength? If so, then Yoga Fusion might be for you! Beginning on Thursday, January 18, we will be offering a 10-week early morning in-person class that weaves together core principles (pun intended) from yoga, pilates, weight and resistance training, stability training, and high-intensity interval training.
This active class will be gentle enough for those who do not currently have a regular fitness routine, although participants need to be able to move from the floor to standing without difficulty. Please dress in comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle and a towel or hand towel. Mats are optional (we will provide a mat for those who do not bring their own.
