About the event
There  is no better way to enjoy the gorgeous fall season than to spend time  outdoors! Come delight in the beauty of the fall colors during an evening  of walking and yoga. We will follow the paved trail from Bullfrog Valley  Park to Shank Park (roughly 2 miles, roundtrip), stopping along the  path to join together in a series of gentle yoga poses and mindfulness  exercises.
