Sunday Snowshoeing

After a week of winter weather and a couple of moderate snowfalls, you are invited to join us for an afternoon of winter fun as we join together at Detweiler Park for snowshoeing! The trails in this area are lovely and gentle, offering a fantastic intro to snowshoeing for beginners and a gentle yet fun afternoon of movement for those more experienced in snowshoeing.

We will meet in the parking lot of Detweiler Park at 2:30 pm, and will aim to be back to our cars no later than 4:30 pm. No snowshoes? No problem! We have a limited supply of snowshoes and trekking poles available to borrow on a first-come, first-serve basis (please email Melissa at melissa@sacredsoulscapes.org if you would like to borrow a pair).

There is no cost for this event, although donations are always gratefully accepted. Please dress for the weather (right now the forecast is expecting a partly-sunny but cold, low-30s day), and bring water and a snack.
