About the event
The early bird gets the worm!
Join us early on Thursday mornings for a 10-week summer yoga and prayer  series inspired by bird-themed yoga poses and reflections.
These classes are intended for beginning to intermediate  yogis, with a few more advanced (optional) poses woven in for a bit of a  challenge. Mats are optional.
All participants will receive a new custom-designed collectable yoga card each week - join us each week to collect them all!
